CHEF BRIAN IZUMI

Chef Brian was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The material he will be teaching is based around the foods he grew up making and the different ethnic herbs, spices and sauces incorporated within the dishes from Asian cultures. Chef Brian plans to have a lot of "hands on" classes where you will learn simplified home style island cooking and taste the "Aloha" from his kitchen.
